Charles Therminy

Charles “ Chic” Thomas Therminy “, age 82 of Castaic, California passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family and friends in Woodland Hills, California on March 9, 2017. Charles was born in Bradford, Pennsylvania on August 12, 1934 to Julia and Charles Therminy. He attended Saint Bernard’s High School in Bradford, Pennsylvania and continued his studies at the Institute of Design in Chicago Illinois where he majored in Fine Art Photography.
Charles worked as an accountant at Western Union for over 30 years. He enjoyed reading, collecting first editions and listening to classical music and jazz. Charles was a dedicated fan of the Chicago Blackhawks. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend who just wanted to make the best out of life. He loved his family with all his heart. He also enjoyed traveling and going places with his wife and soulmate Nydia.
A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church located at 22021 Gault St, Canoga Park, CA 91303. Interment will follow at Oakwood Memorial Park Cemetery located at 22601 Lassen St, Chatsworth, CA 91311
